Mind the Gap Workshop
The Mind the Gap Workshop is held once a month, hosting fascinating speakers discussing subjects linking the gap between clinical care and research. This seminar series provides an opportunity for a resident and research fellow to come together and present a research topic, followed by an in-depth discussion to promote its educational purpose.
By encouraging better communication between basic science researchers and clinicians, we hope to better understand mental illnesses and ultimately treat patients more effectively. In our goal to understand mental illness holistically, we host talks by a variety of clinicians and researchers.
Our audience for this event continues to increase with an average of 70 attendees per workshop.
